Just a 2 minute walk from the cafes & safe swimming beach & right next to the local BBQ area & playground. This house is a hidden gem amongst the trees so you will feel as if you are in your own private space but still so close to town and only 12 minute drive to the 12 Apostles. The space welcomes you with 4 bedrooms, all fitted with queen beds and built in robe. The main room has its own ensuite and TV so you can escape to unwind. The main bathroom has a large bath tub and seperate shower, which has been newly renovated.
The 2 lounge areas are fitted with couches and large TVs, the middle one has a wood fire and the top one a system air condoner/heater. A great open kitchen for you to cook and entertain at the same time, stocked with all your essentials.
An outdoor deck with dining catches the glorious afternoon sun, a great place to sit and enjoy!
The yard blooms of native plants that are gorgeous all year round.
